PSN Problems Make Trouble for Dark Souls Devs
The game's producer has implied that on that point might embody delays on the horizon if the outage goes connected for overmuch longer.
From Software has admitted that Sony's ongoing issues with the PlayStation Network have proven slightly problematic for the evolution of Dark Souls, the religious successor to its notoriously unvoiced action RPG, Demon's Souls.
While he didn't plump into details, producer Kei Horono silent that the PSN position was hampering growing thus much that there was a interrogation point over whether the game would piddle its October let go date. Horono downplayed this possibility a miniature though, saying that From Software was in touch with Sony and hadn't edited its plans.
It's not hard to see why the PSN problems are having so much a negative effect: Dark Soul's has the same backbreaking gameplay as Demon's Souls but has a much more robust online component. With this in heed, not having PSN available for several weeks must represent playing havoc with From's development schedule. Sony has fresh aforesaid that its network could be working again in few days, so hopefully From will be able to get back to work properly shortly.
Dark Souls is in theory coming out for PS3 and Xbox 360 on October 11th.
